You'll have to provide proof that whoever charged back is the same person as the owner of that HF account and that the deal was made through HF.

Fuck me, from what I gather Hes lost EVERY chargeback he's placed. Call PayPal and explain the situation everyone who has called PayPal today has won against him I'm pretty sure, call them like right now.
