Differences about the loads and installs.

Installs: They execute the file on the bnet, it probably already has 15 pieces of malware on it already thus high killrate etc

Loads: Should be your file in the EK which is executed so the traffic should be fresh with little to no malware and ideally doesnt touch the owners bnet (usually isnt, usually they load to the bnet then execute on yours, so its just like installs and yes they work to mine alt coin and xmr both.
