In a show of good-faith for our 10th Anniversary I have reset all permanently denied Ub3r as just denied. This does not mean they are approved, but instead it means they can apply again. In most cases they can expect to get permanently denied again. Trust Scan will show them as "Denied" now.

EDIT: Suggestion to those applying again. Do your best to clean up your reputation and have a consistent IP history. Nothing you can do about previous warnings but the more in the past they are the better.
