This may be a silly question, for those that very recently were denied, were the waiting periods also reset?

For example, a member who was denied less than 7 days ago would have to wait the waiting period before applying again.

It does not affect me just a curiosity.

Oddly enough some of those permanently denied might be approved and then promoted into the r3kt group within 24 hours.

Yep, UB3R is a requirement for r3kt so I don't see why that'd change
