There is no bigger proof than being able to use it yourself. You can literally build the cheat today, disable visuals, and use it on ESEA and last months without being banned.

Don't blame your ban from other cheats on Abendigo, Abendigo lasted over a year with the public signature, and is still undetected to this day if you change it a little.
