I came here and was about to post the same thing.

Every designer is tired of this HF contest idea. Launch a contest for a month criticizing every submission and just close it. 95% of these contests are fake and just time wasting. That's why no one is interested in them.

There should be a rule that states if you start a contest it must have a winner and a deadline, otherwise, the contest is considered fake. 🤝

That's just from my view and experience.

Not sure what you are talking about, if you have a contest and don't pay anyone it is considered fake. Also I am sure that has yet to happen with an official userbar contest for a new group. After a while the owner or leaders always pick something.

I used a triskelion to symbolize 3 majors arts; music, deisgn/art, media and to represent how they exist together in harmony (one without the other is nothing basically, even though that's sort of going out on a whim)

Sorry if I am wrong but basically you're asking for a designer to do a userbar for a group, just tell them the general idea, get a spot in the group, and get a cut of the winnings?
