Are there any groups that may have a need to bring in someone with both personal and enterprise *nix experience?
My real life job involves working with a variety of servers and OS's. As well as enterprise networking. I've been working in this field for 7 years, and I'm starting a personal security firm here in the upcomming months.
I've been bored on HF and I'm looking to more or less help out more, and the sections I expertise in are pretty much dead.
If you need any, like, questions answered or any applications let me know. I'm not really sure which group would be most conducive for me to help in.
I'm in the same field, i think i like your idea.

Doesn't seem to be any groups for people that aren't interested in gaming, paying for a userbar, art, or being a l33t hacker.

these days groups become, earning strategy on HF.
if they can get some money they will go for it xD and there are less owners who has knowledge in those fields, well knowledge HF members now in Jail/real life job :D

I don't really care much about money or hacking, I just want to release FOSS.
