Sold Maxim and Marwix a project for $1,050. He never paid me ANYTHING for it. It's been around 90 days now. It seems that he's self banned himself after I finally told him I was going to make the deal dispute.

I am the developer of jLog and can tell you that we did everything we could to bring back the project entirely.

Me and Maxim are both partners and work together on this project. In other words, I am also to blame which you should include but we are both responsible for the amount. So maxim doesn't owe you $1050, instead he owes you $575 and I owe you the same amount which adds up to a total of $1050.

We bought a domain, different hosts (since most didn't work) and providing promotion - Everything to make jLog #1 product for customers. We spent so much money and didn't earn enough to pay for the website and for you. Besides, we had a bunch of issues with the server and the product overall. These problems was never an issue back in the days when we sold jLog ourselves so I am not entirely sure why it became such a big issue now.

Scorpion, you should know that there was a point where we had all the money for you but you were never online so we didn't know what to do. We waited for weeks but you never came online so you should also blame yourself for being stupid and offline on all platforms.

Regarding Maxim's ban,

It has nothing to do with him running away or that. Maxim will be posting on my behalf later when he's back from his week vacation ban that he took 5 days ago. For those who think a huge member like Maxim would scam someone, you guys are all wrong. We both know each other in real life and he wouldn't risk his reputation nor account on HF for something as little as a deal dispute like this one.

Anyway i am sure that if maxim don't pay you for any reason , you can claim your rights back of that product.

The only thing we want at the moment is for scorpion to take back his product since it didn't go well with sales and website.

We attempted to bring the project back up so scorpion could get his money, much more than he would earn by selling jLog by himself - Which obvsly failed because of numerous reasons.

Ive dealty with maxim so many times and this really doesnt seem like him, so i doubt he has just ran away. He will be back and knowing him will sort out any problems
