This method works as stated, there are no problems with it. He did not do the method correctly which is why he didn't have free delivery.

At first, before I was buying I was really skeptical about this deal. 5$ and free delivery is nothing I thought, but in reality it's actually pretty nice. After giving it some thought, this method is pretty useful to me since I can just order it and have it sent to my house while also getting a nice dollar or two off of the original price.
