A report for multiple bugs in contract.

I just noticed something I don't know if its normal or not.

Bug #1:
Scenario:
if a person A started a contract with person B then person B won't be able to start a contract with person A (for another thread for example) until the first contract gets denied /accepted.

Bug#2:

Scenario:

If person A added person B in his ignore list, person B will still be able to start a contract with person A.

Bug#3:

Scenario:
If person A and person B added each other in ignore list, also both will be able to start a contract with each other.

Hope it fixed.

Regards  🤝
First one isn’t a bug. Either xerotic or Omni made a post about it I believe

I'm not saying person A cant open 2 contracts with person B , what I'm saying is person A cant start a contract with person B if person B has started one with person A.

Yes, the idea is one deal at a time to help stop contract abuse.

Yes i understand, but what if Person A is selling multiple services like (Programming service and homework service , and selling IG checker ) and person B want to buy all services at the same time?

I remember Omni saying that he will consider making that exception for vendors or something once I brought it up recently in a thread. I guess people who need it need to voice about it more.

Adding an exception for vendors would be great, I hope it to be implemented soon.
Bug 2 and 3 are the same. They aren't really bugs either. If anyone abuses the contract system by spamming false contracts I'm pretty sure action will be taken.

It's nearly the same but in a different condition, but ignore list is designed and coded to prevent dealing with the member that has been added to the list, that's including messaging, viewing profiles, showing posts(except pressing in show button) so logically it should prevent them from starting a contract too.
#1 is not a bug.

Not sure #2 is a bug. Ignores are one-way actions. If you're on my ignore list but then I want to create a Contract with you, I suppose that's fine. The intent of the ignore is to have a way to prevent someone else from making a Contract with you. So I'm going to say this is not a bug.

Really? Well, that's a bug. Likely some logic issue in the php.

They should do a custom Contract or just do one deal at a time. I'm not sure your scenario happens with any frequency. I'd even dare say it sounds like a rare instance.

Thanks for your elaborate, but what if I want to prevent someone from creating a contract with me? like someone is banned from buying services because he violates TOS.

You would ignore them according to my understanding. That's what omni means by the "one-way interaction". You block them from taking action against you.

You don't accept it.
