Today is my mark of me being here for 5 years!
I have been here since 17.06.2014 and today for me is the 17.06.2019

I wanted to make this thread to exchange a few thank you's and a little story of how my time here so far has been. Five years is a great milestone, and I know many people here have been here for a lot longer, But I just wanted to share the great experiences I have had here and maybe inspire some of you to keep up the great threads and some of the great discussions we all know and love.

A little about myself, I a Mix. I was first known as Mix3rz but I recently changed my name to Mix as I wanted to be a cool person and take advantage of the three character feature that all UB3R members get, I joined here as you can see five years today and I have been addicted ever since. I first came here as the graphics section was recommended to me as I was learning about graphic design and I wasn't in college yet, Turns out Hack Forums didn't help too much but it did inspire me to learn more and make some of my designs what they became today. I mainly peaked around 2015 and was posted everywhere, sadly I didn't understand how to be very HQ and was just posting on anything free anywhere possible, It was a great time for me as I was getting free BTC for repping people. To this day I regret doing all of it as it makes my posts look shit, I have since then changed and I really don't like to touch anything to do with free shit unless I'm hosting it. I was a big fan of heavy detailed thread at the time and saw many from Mr. Robot and MeshCollider but never really go into any of it as the younger me was, well... a lazy fuck and I have changed.

I am now to this day a writer for the Hack Forums news. I make the notable section, If you want to check out the hackforums news then head over to the https://hackforums.net/forumdisplay.php?fid=162 section. I am also part of a few groups, Wolfpack, Sociopaths, Nova, BrickSquad and Genesis. I have been part of most of them now for a good six months plus, everyone in these groups are some of the people I want to thank, mainly for accepting me into them because if it wasn't for them I wouldn't be were I am today, So my first thanks is to everyone in the groups and I can't wait for the future, even if the future is now.

Now I want to say a few thank you's to the people who have stood by me for the time I have been here and people I have met along the way.
The first person on here that helped me learn about the whole place that I met here was a user who goes by Poison X. This user left hackforums about three years ago I believe and I lost contact with him, I know he went off to working with some big companies around sleeving computer cables and such, He even helped me make a few bucks voicing over some videos, I honestly miss this guy and I wish he was still in the community but sadly he hasn't been in contact with me since I heard he departed the place and went and did his own thing with cable sleeving. But if you ever read this brother, I miss you and please contact me somehow again I would love to have a catch-up and talk about the old times. Without him, I wouldn't have carried on being here at Hack Forums as I would have lost interest as there was little activity in the graphics sections at that time.

Next comes Zeus, He is still here and many members still know him to this day, Granted some may not like him but I must add him to this list as he was the first person after I came back from a break on hack forums to hang with around the forums. He helped me learn about many things that go around here and I can't thank him enough for the time he has spent with me, the nutter needs to smoke with me sometime, if I didn't come across him he would not have got me to where I am today, Now I know I have already said this but he got me into the whole group sense and started me up well, I can't thank you enough bro and keep up the good work!

Here comes the second from last thank you with detail, and it goes to Eagle 95 he brought me into the whole award sense, and I really can't thank him enough for giving me such a good deal at the time for the awards that I got off him, without him I wouldn't have the rows of awards I have now, he is a great staff member and I can't thank him enough for doing such a great job around hackforums and everywhere else.

The last thank you goes to the man himself, Omniscient. Most owners of sites don't like to talk to their community, and they just leave it to there other staff that they have and ignore you and don't do anything about it, but Omni does it right and responds to everything and anything, as long as it's not a troll obviously. Last year I sent him a Christmas present on his Amazon wishlist and he thanks me personally for it. Now that isn't a normal thing, normally big shots just be like meh bye. Also when I bought awards for donating to the site back along, I believe it was the emerald award he personally thanked me and we had a little chat in the PM system, Omni keep up the great work you are doing and never change please, you are an inspiration to everyone here at Hack Forums and you will always be around when you are needed the most. Thank you for everything mate.

It's only been few months for me being here and I love spending time jumping from one section to another.

There is lot of knowledge spread around on the forum. I have learnt a lot within this short span of time. I could fully relate to this thread.
