I can't pass anything that includes background checks.
I've signed papers to work then first or second day in there like "well we got your background check in and I'm sorry but we can't keep you due to policy"

Not expunged that only happens for juveniles but a pardon where the court forgives me for my crimes pretty much if I keep doing good.

Expungement is a automatic process when you turn 18
A pardon I have to stand infront of a judge and prove I'm a different person

I think that is why I get off is just because I don't say anything. I refuse to talk if I am getting arrested, prove it. I have nothing to say to the arresting officer. I'll let the prosecutor try to flesh out what happened when there is 1000's of other cases pending where the dumbasses told them everything.

Then 2 days before I got sentenced I got into a fight got slammed broke 2 ribs on my back under my shoulder bone and stabbed the dude so that was in court also but that got dropped.

It's been 5 years, most people if they want all their rights granted back, like possessing a firearm and shit usually get approved after 10 years for a full pardon which i'm going for. But yeah usual pardon is around 6-8 and here in florida you can't be denied a job more than 7 years after your last arrest.
