Omniscient you always have been chill so i genuinely don't hndersrand why i'm being ignored and i hope that is simply due to being to busy or whatever but it does suck a lot, not the dispute but the principal.
I would recommend you to remove this. The rules in the Help Docs are simple; quoted here below.

Complaining about being ignored by Staff that got plenty of things to do, I assume, isn't helping anybody. Btw, are you Monopoly from the past? Not good at recognising which SIM username is linked to which account in the past.
Btw, just bought myself 1x $10 Scratch card. Let's see how this rolls out!

In my experience, you should go farther and just do 100$. Its honestly been the hardest of all the cards to make a substantial amount of bytes off those $10 btc cards.
The reason why I can win on the bytes cards and not those 10$, the difference is refund points. Which is not available when using the 10$ btc cards obviously.

I only got 15k from TWO $100 scratchcards. 1 $10 scratchcard I didn't win anything and 1 $10 scratchcard I only got 1k bytes.
16,000 Bytes for $110. I am depressed af now.
