Corona outbreak has had good and bad effects in my life. It sucks that I have to skip the gym and workout outside which I don't like that much, but at least I'm getting lots of fresh air every day. I'm also a lot more conscious about how I spend my money.

Well I feel bad for everybody that lost their jobs or the ones that cant work and just get extremely low payment. But I've never been affected by this since I work online. So I am pretty much working all the time, then I spend around 1 and a half hour to workout to keep me going and thats pretty much it.

You can still have a quality workout routine at home.
