Yes you can update your server on the victims PC.
And I believe the binder will be included in the next release.

• To install in HKLM does that require administrator permissions?
• Does the FF stealer work with all versions of FF?
• Does the Chrome stealer work with all versions of Chrome?
Can you post what will be in version 4.5+ ?

1. Yes (all users requires admin rights of course, but if no admin rights are present, it will install itself where applicable.)
2. Yes, have not tested with latest version (3 beta or whatever it is?)
3. Latest version working 100%

I have a few things in mind.
You should have it send serpent logs when someone logs into PayPal, their online bank, alertpay, etc. Or maybe an option (like, if window contains "paypal" then start logging and send an email with the log). Use the getwindowtext API :)

Who said its fraud? It can be used for 100 legal reasons.
Theses "Big company's" could use your product to test the security of their site. Just like a crypter, a stealer can be used in both legal and illegal ways :)
