Sorry for your loss. This clown aka Tomek is a multi user and a scammer. Whatever you do or say he will find excuses for it to not refund you.
As you can see he has a lot of people calling him out, exposing him and we're few others that opened deal disputes on him aswell.
I give it 1 - 3 days and we will see an exit scam from him. I'm sorry for your loss buddy, next time use a MM and state clear terms in the contract!

I was think that there is chance to resolve all of these, but I'm very sorry for all these people which are lose money because of you and your stupid mistakes.
So you was literally try to keep people quiet that you can scam few other people before when you get exposed.
But one good thing, I have a lot of exp. with bustabit and making money there on daily basis, and I didn't know about all these bonuses on stake so atm I'm using my knowledge to make something what will actually make you money and you will be able to reach vip lvl without that much problem, and for sure will share it for free with all these people which are involved in scam.

Neither the contract nor your thread mention anything about no refunds if someone opens a CA/Deal dispute, stop pulling some bogus TOS out your ass to avoid refunding money, this pretty much confirms that you're a scammer, and have no intentions of refunding the money.
