Is your proof of earnings only from selling traffic to people? Or is it from affiliate offers. If you made money with this traffic with aff offers can you tell us what niche/network you used?

The proof you see in the main thread is by reselling traffic on Fiverr and some affiliate offers. I can't tell the network I am using. I can only tell you that this traffic sources works in push notification offers.

Does it come with some info on how you're monetizing the traffic?

Also can the traffic be targeted like for affiliate campaigns (thinking sweeps/mass consumer offers)?

In general, you can monetize this traffic by reselling it on Fiverr. And yes, you can target different placements like Device types, OS, browser, Carrier, country and etc.
