Pretty much nothing more could be done. People just need to use common sense and middleman while dealing with new members.
Keep in mind you dont really need any specified knowledge to spot this type of scam. Common sense is enough to not believe in miracles.

Members like DeepWeb vouching for a persistent scammer doesn't really help in that case.

I've been purchasing from the cryptography market for a long time before actually starting to learn on doing them on my own, but almost all the experiences I had were related or basically 100% the same.
