Pretty apt description of BSV in general if you ask me.

My post was 100% entirely useless to you, just posting about our lord and savior, Craig Wright.
If anyone else wants to chime in that would be great. Shouldn't be able to buy something I can't sell in a game.

Because of crypto game pricing is not in real time. If there is a large fluctuation in price our system will automatically disable the BUY/SELL option to avoid abuse.

btw, it's now enabled again.

Thank you 😁

With the volatile market today most of the coins got Disabled. Gonna wait till tomorrow to enable them all again.

Since you were going to give Crypto Game a bit of attention with that time limited thing, do you think you'd implement an ENABLED/DISABLED for the coins?

There is already an Enable/Disable for the coins.

Is this visible to all players? It's not a good feature if you enable and disable it on a whim without any notice to the players. How can I profit from the game if the coin I'm trying to sell is constantly disabled? I tried to sell 2 days ago at a 500 byte profit. I try to sell yesterday at a 200 byte profit. Now I'm only profits 38 bytes if I sold my current coin. This is a different coin then the one I actually made the post about.

I would recommend making this a public thing, or send me the link so I can see when you're enabling or disabling it because this is really not it.

Edit: I actually misread your post and thought you were enabling/disabling it basic on huge fluctuations, but you should still add in a simple enabled/disabled on the game coins so I don't buy in the disabled time frame, or know when I can sell again. Thank you!

It's just a game. I'll try to explain again.

Because the prices are not in real-time, fast movements can be exploited. Example is if there is a quick 10% spike on the market but our price is still that lower end you could buy huge, wait for update, then sell immediately. People actually did this.

I'm not going to pay $130 a month for a game API that's just for fun.

Instead we use the free api which has limited calls. If a coin moves beyond a percentage it's automatically disabled. That's not on a whim. And in the ACP, I enable them again when the volatility is gone.

I suppose what I could do is make it so that any crypto bought can't be sold for 24 hours but that makes it really complicated if you've been staking a coin. Example if you bought 10 Bitcoin per week but an hour after you made the buy you want to sell some of your BTC. It would be a rather complex coding job to ensure it's done correctly. Hardly worth it imho for a game meant to be fun.

If the game isn't fun for you, stop using it. I'll force sell all your holdings and ban you.

Meh, his claims have been deemed false as for him being the real Satoshi Nakamoto and even his involvement in Bitcoin's founding has been questioned as well in both the media and overall crypto community.

My post was entirely sarcasm :|

Craig Wright is one of the only person I'd consider to be a bigger schmuck than OP.

Ohh okay I understand now, thank you! I'm glad I made this post because this provides some really good clarity, I was hitting those quick 10% spikes but just watching the 24 hour update on this site, I could see how that's extremely abusable for free bytes
