Exchange the coins on a website that has a currency exchange.. plenty of them around.

convert to xmr, search no kyc exhcanges on kycnotme or something like that, send it around monero network between your wallets (fees are real small, like 2-4 cents or something like that), then either swap directly to btc or ltc->btc, then go to some site like agoradesk or just any localbitcoins alternative and sell it there however you want

BTC -> No KYC exchange (BTC to XMR) -> Monero Wallet 1 on PC (Send XMR) IMPORTANT THIS ISN'T A SUB ADDRESS IN WALLET 1, SEND TO COMPLETELY NEW WALLET ALSO MAKE SURE THE NODE IS YOUR OWN OR TOR HOSTED -> Monero Wallet 2 on PC (Send XMR) -> No KYC exchange (XMR to BTC) -> BTC Wallet on PC -> LocalCoinSwap (BTC to Cash P2P)
