Maybe we can all contribute with some content worth posting to X? Maybe to add some engagement and attract new users.
I was already planning on making something for TikTok to hopefully attract members to the community, but will be after my vacation

Congrats on getting the account back. You're more then likely right about it being a targeted removal, there are X ban services floating around out there. Getting the account verified was definitely a power move, as the account will now be 10x harder for someone to ban under false pretenses. Not much of an X user myself, but happy to know that you got it back.

It's kind of ridiculous that you have to pay that much just to get a verified profile, especially since it used to be free. Then again, I'm not too familiar with what X Premium offers nowadays, as a lot seems to have changed.

I had paid for the Verification before when I got suspended. So not sure that really protects accounts.

X is amazing. But sure, if you're done with it, go live your life. I just think it's the best platform with the most engagement. Nothing is perfect but X sure is pretty close. I wasn't even hating on X when I got suspended, had other accounts.

I actually closed a few Twitter accounts before Musk bought it. Those clowns ran it like shit with all their censorship. Under Musk, I consider it a more fair platform when it comes to hot debate issues.

This is wrong, TikTok has a huge 'tech-hack' community. There's just nothing really interesting or cool on HF anymore. There needs to be more interesting content being made here. Not 6 page long essays/tutorials.

And the fact most people are openly homophobic and hateful will also push away the new generation and new users completely. I'm gay and I'm constantly biting my tongue at the amount of hateful/spiteful shit people post on here. Basically a lighter version of 4chan /pol/ and /b/ now instead of a hacking/tech forum, and I'm not pushing for this to be some SJW paradise, but maybe a more neutral place where people aren't openly attacked for existing.

I love making fun of people, that's not what some of the members are doing here though. No one is asking for safe-space, wild behaviour to sperg out like this over someone saying they're gay. Look at my posts, tell me which ones I have said I'm gay besides the one in this post. I make fun of everyone.
