Trojan-clickers in 2026?

MBAM description:
Trojan.Clicker is a type of trojan that performs a form of ad fraud. These “clickers” continuously make connections to websites, consequently awarding threat actorswith revenue on a pay-per-click bases.

Does anyone have any experience with modern trojan-clickers and if so, can they give any suggestions/ideas about them?
I think this is called click jacking. You can make one very simply using autoIT, hidden app startup and runnng islent action. just take a look at this repo https://github.com/swisskyrepo/PayloadsA.../README.md
Don't you think advertisers have methods to prevent trojan-clickers? There should be more sophisticated methods of creating a modern trojan-clicker.

Man i can make you a autoIT script to install an app silently and do all the click for install without you ever figure out. preventing it is like preventing people to drive when they are drunk. You just CANT prevent something if you cant fix the problem at the source right? You can use several method, just let the pc think you have 2 screen and get the click jacking going in the seocnd screen. I mean just set a 5min inactivity timer and start screensaver and you can go wild without someone ever notice without any tricks. Take a hid injection device, you can config the script to do X Y Z action right? If you make the action quick enough there is no way toprevent that. the fun htings is you DONT NEED MALWARER, copilot or others tools can replace the malware you only need a simple harmless script and some automation tools. I have a gaming keyboard and on the macro panel i can add mouse sction (even use macro button of them ouse if there is) and automate things like crazy!!! I had a gran turismo macro to automatesome race using remote app and a gaming keyboard.

Chrome extension would be better, you could inject ads into different pages and click them there.
