Sorry, but program is not open-source.
Looks nice. I have some suggestions:
Interval of frames animation, loop settings, GIF colors.
Looks nice, but perhaps adding an "Export" option will do the trick? ;)

It exports the GIF to "1.GIF" in folder where you placed a program. I will add the option to choose a filename in next version.
Did you use your own implementation of the LZW Compression or did you use a public one ?

I've used the NGif library, but for the future versions I will modify it because it has just few options. 🙂
