No you don't really have to, but it wouldn't be bad.
And if your Dedi get's shut down, you get a new one asap.

Is the newest version of Apache exploitable or is it from an older version. I had to ask a few questions to Gids to realise it wasn't a windows exploit.

Now I know nothing about exploits, but reading through this thread, some of you guys seriously need to stop asking questions either already answered, or FULLY read the OP before posting.
