Well, I go to a private school. The staff knows nothing about computers except how to turn them off.
And even then they just unplug the power cords.
Half of the computers in the library are screwed up cuz of me tryin to infect with rat's and batches :/

i feel your pain. i had the same problem with my school techs, except it was a vb script for quick basic server management(shutdown, restart, etc) that i made at a SCHOOL sponsored seminar. the worst it could do was kill processes, but the principal accused me of hacking the school district servers, and stealing passwords, and then the tech said it had "potential" to do what the principal said, so now its on my record that im a "hacker" and they are watching me. and when i asked about it coming from a school seminar, he paused for a minute, and then said i was lucky he wasnt going to the police. i should have told him to, that way someone who knows more than how to turn on a computer would have decided the verdict.

in all honesty, if they have no proof that you destroyed property or wanted to do anything malicious, they have nothing on you, and you just have to be calm, composed, and have well thought out answers to question, and you will do fine.

then sue for taking away your education opportunities with no reason, and for psychological trauma.

They should actually hire people who know how to work with the computers. My friend is a tech guy around our school, and I took the admin password off, and he's like "HOW DID YOU DO THAT! I PUT RANDOM NUMBERS!". I just facepalmed and told him, "The Hirens BootCD". Then he put it back, and I took it off, and still going on to this day.

Meh I sometimes make simple programs in VB, but I always use another students account which I found the password for (He uses the same pass for all his accounts).

A similar situation happened to me. Last year, I opened CMD then all the people in my room were surprised and the teacher suspended my rights and they wrote in my folders that I was dangerous with computers lol.

I was threatened by the principal that he was going to bring law enforcement in because I made a shutdown shortcut in 7th grade. Suspended from computers for 1 months at first, but got my sentenced in half because the IT guy wanted to know how I did it. LOL
