Okey guys, so this is the deal.

I have a few questions, I want to pimp my house up with some awesome (both secure & fun) stuff.
I have one of these from Ebay: This

I would like some sort of "panel" with switches where I can turn on/off sirens, lights, alarms etc.
Could I use a 12v Extender and just buy a 12v adapter for the wall outlet?
Please help with the "panel" thing.


Also, I wonder what kind of stuff you recommend me to buy for this "panel". What type of stuff should I have?

I'm just bored and I would like some "cool" stuff on my house that's also for security. Mostly sirens and lights. Thanks

POE CCTV Cameras, Motion detection floor tiles, security lasers, listening devices, record on motion, record on sound...It's all cheap on ebay.

Got any suggestions on what cameras and what system to use etc. to get it all working with let's say 1-2 TV's on a wall or something?

Also I would like to connect everything to a panel with switches to control these things. Is there any options?

As previously stated, your best bet would be motion sensor alarms around the perimeter of your property, you can set them up to activate lights & sirens. You can get lasers set up on every window/door, have some cameras strung about intelligently. Your most cost-effective defense system would be a Doberman or Rottweiler, they are very protective by nature.
