Bro I had a 2.0 in highschool and was ranked 56 out of 60 but now I'm top of my class highschool most people have no idea what they're doing with their life to even try.

Why waste your time? Your GPA doesn't matter after you get your first job and generally anything above a 3.0 is acceptable to employers.

I'm going to med school and want to get into a top 10 school so I need a 3.8 or higher plus a high MCAT this only really matters to those who go on to professional schools.
