Periodic Lag Spikes/Freezing

As stated in the title, I'm experiencing periodic lag spikes/freezing. I don't believe I've downloaded any shady programs very recently. Just a few tools that a member suggested to me. I have noticed that my CPU is on constant overhaul, even now, it's at 99% and it's not bouncing anywhere either, it's constant. Google Chrome is exceptionally higher than usual, bobbing anywhere from 55% - 80% usage. Hopefully, one of you wizards could help me diagnose the issue.
Please read through the points below before we start.
  • Please do not run any tools other than those I provide for you, independent efforts may make it worse, and would become difficult in providing the best set of instructions for you.

  • If you have any issues at some point, please make sure to tell me, do not hesitate to ask me about it before proceeding.

  • Your computer is clean when I notify you, sometimes the symptoms will dissapear, but it doesn't mean that the malware is also gone.

----------

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.
  • Right click to run as administrator. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.

  • Press Scan button.

  • It will produce logs called FRST.txt and Addition.txt in the same directory the tool is run from.

  • Please copy and paste the logs back here.

I don't see anything special atm, I'll respond in 6-7 hours from this post because I'm going to sleep now, just fyi.

Please download HitmanPro and save it to your desktop.
  • Quit all running programs.

  • Right-click on the program and select Run as Administrator to start and when prompted allow it to run.

  • Click the settings tab and go into Advanced, then enable Early Warning Scoring.

  • Click OK and Next then select No, I only want to perform a one-time scan to check this computer.

  • Click Next and it should start the scan, please be patient.

  • When the scan completes click "Save log", and save it to your desktop. Close the program > Don't Fix anything!

  • Post the contents of the log in your next reply.

Okay so, I have absolutely no clue what's going on. I exited out of Chrome earlier, reopened it and everything was fine. No more lag spikes, not more excessive CPU usage. I'll still post the logs sometime tomorrow.
What temperature is your computer running at while it's freezing or having lag spikes? Also, which application is eating the most CPU power?
