1. Open site that you could quickly bring a lot of traffic too. Like a porn site or TV SERIES.
I recommend on TV series because you could quickly bring lots of traffic to this site.
especially if it is not in English and there is no competition. if you live in Germany, Bulgaria, Brazil, etc just make a website with all the hot tv shows and update episodes every day. When you upload a video with the new episode that released on this day the competition in Google is easy.
And you just need a basic SEO knowledge.
I had 30-40k visitors per day without efforts.
2. Open blog in Blogger with content (I recommend on Lawyer blog/car insurance etc.) google appreciate those kind of sites and content/ the CPC is high. And they unlikely to block it because they have many publishers that pay a lot on these nitches. Open 1 or few blogs if you want to make some big money and you can bring a lot of traffic.
3. Link from the site you upload episodes too on its new episode page big Banner (To watch the episode click here)
when they click it direct them to the blogger page where you add another banner (to view the episode click on the ad and wait 30 minutes)
and boom you got loads of clicks on your Google Adsense ad.
I would stop on 5000-1000$ per one adsense account and remove the ads after 1 day before it get reviewed.
on my best day, I made couple of blogs and make 24k on one day.
4) how you open many Google AdSense account without getting banned?
you can buy aged AdSense account this is the recommend way because google unlikely to block them
alternatively, you can open many Adsense on different names and send the verification paper to couple of mailbox you opened in multiple cities/streets. instead of sending it to your home.
5) you can use the same bank to get all the money. They don't notice.
