Probably a bug but what is this Phantom coin sitting above all cryptos in the game?

It came to me this morning that HF could use some awards dedicated to fans of coding languages. Starting with those 3 which are Javascript Junkie, Python Punk, and PHP Prodigy.

These will be on the Awards Buy page in a day or two at $40 each. You get to donate and show off your fandom. Can't believe I didn't think of this sooner.

Russia has been on HF's blocklist ever since I've started one. China, Russia, and Brazil are all blocked because of heavy attacks from their networks and very low-quality traffic from actual citizens. However, I've been growing more curious if I lifted Russia's block what would happen. We do get a ton of crawling and my guess positive SEO from their main search engine Yandex.

Today, I'm lifted the RU block just to see what happens.
