My account was banned for 3 days automatically for posting a thread in runescape section called "any1 got cowhides?"

and in the thread I said something like
"if you have any cowhides for sale pm me, i am willing to pay a lot of them".

I got banned for MARKETPLACE VIOLATION. How the fuck is this a marketplace violation if I was obviously buying with IN GAME gold???

The rules are being reviewed, as stated by Omniscient but ban evading and making a new account is not acceptable unless you have no other means of accessing the site.
