I like the innovation of this coin, but does it offer any solutions that Bitcoin or any other established alt can not address? Does it not have any particular use? Are Bitcoin, Litecoin, Namecoin, Peercoin, Worldcoin and Megacoin not good enough? No.
According to the current rates, one coin is worth $1 million. If the rates stay the same or similar, after a few coins are mined, this coin will hold a market cap similar to coins that have been around for months and offer some sort of innovation?
No recent alt has made an impact big enough to prove its longevity in the crypto scene. The last pump and dump hypes including Earthcoin, Catcoin, Dogecoin, Mooncoin and the others have all resulted in disasters.
Although Dogecoin and Catcoin both had no premine, early adopters were able to identify the potential in the coin, wait for suckers to arrive and then dump. Catcoin hit $1 I think, then sunk back down and now no one's spoken about it. Same as Earthcoin.
Anyway enough of those coins, I can see that 42coin is just another joke to hit the crypto scene.
I could be proven wrong, and if it does become mainstream, I won't hide. I'll accept it. But my stance right now is that it's just a hype.
These new coins do replicate ponzi's though in a sense. Early adopters with mega hashing power start mining, wait until the end of the hype and dump.
