I am new to the anime world but I can say I'm impressed. Movies are so creative and fresh! I have watched Grave of the Fireflies few days ago and it really teared me up. I love other Studio Ghibli movies like Anthem/Whisper of the Heart.

And right now, I am currently watching BTOOOM! then gonna start Steins;Gate.

Steins:Gate is good. BTOOOM! wasn't bad either but also not the best I've ever seen. You should try No Game No Life and Code Geass if you haven't seen those.

It does indeed bear a strong resemblance to AOT, however I actually really enjoyed Kabaneri for the most part. It had a very strong start but faded towards the end, and actually finished with a very underwhelming plot twist.

I believe the concept of the anime was great and that the characters were also on point, however everything just felt very rushed and got somewhat repetitive towards the end of the series.

It could be great if a second series is released which solidifies some plot points and builds on some character relationships, but I doubt that will happen anytime soon.

I believe they're in the process of a season two as we speak. And I do concur that it was a bit rushed, I believe Studio Wit was still trying to ride teh AoT hype train with a similar anime to fill the in-between for seasons 1 & 2

That one was quite enjoyable indeed. The main character was at least not a wimp and it had a good plot. Hoping for a new season.

Just finished the Gosick dub as FUNimation recently released the latter half of it. Honestly a really good show; just not better than Hyouka, which it seemed to be eerily similar to.
Spirited Away and Totoro again
Finished Jojo's part 3 and about to finish up part 4. Also now that the current season is ending I'm finishing up all that shit. Finished up New Game!! today and going to watch the last episode of Kakegurui in a bit.
Attack on titan season 1. Honestly the anime got a little too "serious" for me but the last episodes got a little more interesting
