What level of detail do you cover in these sessions? I am really interested, but I am quite busy so I probably won't apply. I would actually really appreciate it if instead you could point me at a self study resource (e.g. a specific book) that would give me the same level of detail but that I could read whenever I have time so I don't waste yours.
