I for one used reputation as a factor of trust because if I'd look through reputation and most of them were about doing a successful deal then I would consider that member trustworthy at least to an extent, I don't trust anyone on here that much.

Of course things like Trust scan have to factor into that as well. Upgrades sure but it's not hard for someone to buy a stolen HF account and scam on it. People do it all the time or at least used to so I would say awards have never been a factor to me really.

Account age also yeah to an extent, I used to write in my exchange threads that I don't go first on deals with current year registered members, it was more because I knew anyone can make a multi and scam on it.

I think everyone can agree that B-rating is doing a great job of preventing scams. Nobody likes change though, it certainly took me a little bit of time to get used to it but now I do a contract with every deal and it helps me build my actual reputation on the site. Not talking about pixels.

Ah, TS is an upgraded feature. Didn't even cross my mind. B-rating will help those who don't have access to it.

😏 You should read rules first in RANF section
When you visit market place you will not find popularity of member and is replaced with B rating which is a separate entity independent of Popularity/rep
When you come out of Market place you can see popularity/rep and not B rating
your popularity = 134
your B rating = 0

Reputation means nothing now. And it's been changed to canned replies. The move for this was to destroy reputation abuse.

The marketplace reputation is now what trust is sort of like a ebay track record.

Don't worry about reputation. Focus on the B ratings in market profiles.

I recall seeing members with over 2,000 reputation before and literally a page full of scam reports.

It pissed me off so much.

So annoyed that people are dumb about changes which I know make sense. We continue trying to improve based on feedback but at some point I can't make the site function for members with a low iq.

I wouldn't mind the pop and rep be next to each other in either forum. Although the guy maybe legit he maybe an asshole lol.
