I see so many get rich quick schemes on HF, and obviously it's a ton of crap. But I honestly wonder who buys it, and is it legal?
For example this thread : https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=5911287
This guy apparently makes $10,000 farming Runescape gold. Fine, it might be possible, but why would he take time making an ebook about how he does it and sell it for $29?
Most if not all HF get rich quick schemes are similar to this one.
As for the legality, this comes under finance fraud.
This Wikipedia article has summed it up better than I ever will be able to so here it is : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Get-rich-quick_scheme.
Here is how you can identify such a scam
Overall, I don't think this should be allowed, forget about having a whole category dedicated to it.
Note : Because of the title, a lot of staff might be trolling but I assure you that this is not the case.

Quote:Many people dream about having the ability to simply wake up, do whatever the hell they want all day, and check to see that they've made hundreds of dollars throughout the entire day. I was once one of those people who dreamed about that, but it soon became a reality. So this guy wants to do absolutely nothing and make big bucks, and apparently he has achieved that. After this, he manually makes a 37+ page ebook of "high quality information" and proceeds to sell it for $15.

Quote:Get-rich-quick schemes that operate entirely on the Internet usually promote "secret formulas" to affiliate marketing and affiliate advertising. The scheme will usually claim that it does not require any special IT or marketing skills and will provide an unrealistic timeframe in which the consumer could make hundreds of thousands, if not millions of dollars.
