Refer to the stick thread in the Blackhat Training section. https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=5981318
Topics involving "Deep Web / Tor - What type of sites are on the deep web and how do you access it?" are allowed in the section. I'm not sure if this includes direct links. Good question. ![]() Sui Generis Owner | Former Leader of Wolfpack / Samaritans / Sociopaths / Sui Generis / Appraisers / PROFIT / Coven (Jul 14, 2019 04:33 AM)Spaark Wrote: Refer to the stick thread in the Blackhat Training section. I'm not totally sure if it's allowed based on the description that Spaark posted.
(Jul 14, 2019 04:33 AM)Spaark Wrote: What type of sites are on the deep web Discussion of the TYPE of sites is allowed, but it doesn't mention linking to any. (Jul 14, 2019 04:33 AM)Spaark Wrote: and how do you access it? This isn't clear if it's talking about accessing the deep web, or accessing specific sites on the deep web. It could be interpreted in two very different ways. Teaching someone how to access the deep web is still different from teaching someone how to access a drug marketplace black hat onion site within the deep web. One is general knowledge while one is rather specific knowledge. I'd wait for slightly more clarification from staff/admin, OP. Me saying "I'm not sure if this includes direct links. Good question." doesn't sound like: yes go on and do it. I was just quoting what was in Omni's thread regarding the matter. Just clearing that up. ![]() Sui Generis Owner | Former Leader of Wolfpack / Samaritans / Sociopaths / Sui Generis / Appraisers / PROFIT / Coven

There should be no problem unless it conflicts with another rule (eg. No linking to porn sites). Perhaps employ some common sense, if you think it might be a problem, don't link it
Best wait for a definitive response.
If your posting a link to a perfectly legal website operating on the deep web (such as TORmail) it shouldn't be a problem. However, if you post links to Darknet Marketplaces and other illicit website (maybe even hacking communities) you are most likely asking for trouble maybe even a ban.
Onion links aren't allowed if that's what you're asking.

So that you are aware of some topics which can be inside this forum here are some examples: ..... Deep Web / Tor - What type of sites are on the deep web and how do you access it? ... Now how are you going to talk about onion links if you cant write the actual adress ? (Jul 14, 2019 10:46 AM)Mad76e.
