Seeking a lawyer or someone that knows about copyright infringement

Hi,
I've made a website called pokemon(removethis)room.com

I've been told that my domain name might be breaking Pokemon copyright.
Had a look here https://www.pokemon.com/us/terms-of-use/ and I think im breaking this part:

5. USER RIGHTS AND RESTRICTIONS. These Terms grant permission to you, in your individual capacity, to use the content of Service made available to you for personal, noncommercial home use only. In no instance may you:

(iv) Use the content in any manner: (a) suggesting an association with any other products, services, or brands (b) that is likely to cause confusion among customers, © that disparages or discredits Pokémon, (d) that is otherwise exploitative for any commercial purpose; or (e) that otherwise infringes our intellectual property rights;

On the near future I will add ADS to the site.

Mind anyone have a look at my website and provide me a reply to clear my mind? Thanks.

Generally, if no permission granted, it's already forbidden to have the trademark (= Pokemon ) in your domain name so there the issues begin.

What did you receive exactly? Might share this here, too, as some e-mails are just fake

Hi, I'm not sure if this would come handy, but to be on a safer side, add a page or alert box that states that you are not related to the official brand/website of Pokemon. I know that's not the answer, but it would be an excellent way to stay under the safe spot in the future!

You are not impersonating the company or the brand. Add a disclaimer and you should be good

I’d just add a disclaimer stating you’re not affiliated with Pokemon. What do you plan on doing with the site that could affect on if you run into an issue with them

Planning to make a community and earn revenue from ads and maybe affiliate marketing.

Yeah I’d just add a message saying that I don’t think you’ll run into any problems
