Copyright Advice

Hey guys, just needed some input because I couldn't find a direct answer online. Long story short I am making a website that deals with restaurants etc in my city. In each of the restaurants descriptions for my site I copied a short description they had on theirs. Is that fine? or would I need to add quotes to avoid it. I was also adding random photos from google I found. Looking for ways around this and advice. Would really appreciate it. Regards.
I would add quotes to avoid plagiarism

Could just make a quick disclaimer at the bottom of the website. Something like what the youtubers write just more professional.
