Why would you be dumb enough to deal with someone who has scammed people in the past and has contracts that show that?

Not at all, I'm not blaming anyone but the seller who scammed me and 3 others. My question is why wouldn't the user who is scamming people, that is not in dispute he is a scammer now, wouldn't be banned from the forum?

Read our Help Docs. All deals are at your own risk and HF does not get involved in anyway. Sucks you got scammed, but you can't expect for the site to take action (ban) on your or anyone else's behalf. We have rules here in place. Just learn from this.

They don't. In the case of the member who scammed you. It's likely a stolen or sold account in Mid-January where there is a change in IP origin. Trust Scan shows you some warnings.

Either they get a few Disputes and no one will ever deal with them again, or I will notice the account, investigate, and close it.

What you don't do is accuse us of allowing scams. Nor do you tell us how to run our site.
