It's more than one a day in the USA now on the road to two. But not quite two a day as yet. That is with "mass shooting" defined as shooter wounding four or more people on one day in one place.

What is the "needful"?

That's why i'm going to start concealed carrying anywhere I am legally allowed to. I will not be a victim.

Fucking pathetic honestly. The fat, lazy slobs of society, they refuse to protect themselves and demand that someone else does it for them. They don't deserve freedom or security really, because they refuse the responsibility of maintaining it for themselves.

You will NOT take away my right to defend myself.

Is there any real attempt to take that away? All I know about is talks of background checks and such. Remember I don't live in the USA any more so I don't really know what all is going on. I see music videos end with words like "change gun laws now!" But what does that even mean?

They want "red flag" laws that are vague enough for the government to arbitrarily disarm people/prevent people from purchasing.

I live in a sanctuary 2A state.

Googling these "red flag laws" they could raise ethical questions about discriminating on the basis of mental health status. And it also seems families, friends, teachers, doctors, nurses petitioning the courts, and waiting for the response would take too long to stop a mass murder anyway. 🙁

LOL! Focus Broken is an anarchist by the way. Sad that Brooks Brown's book back in 2002 was called No Easy Answers and this still true when the problem is so much more serious for the USA.

Well, at the very least, I wouldn't admit to carrying.

I mean, good point on the surface. In reality, the only measure we have is to fight the government and its policies through the legal means we have.

Only when those measures are off the table completely and when the inevitable government dysfunction increases to the point of sufficient limits will any other action even be debatable. I am sympathetic to revolutionary arguments. I just don't think they're realistic at this point in time.

The Kulaks stood absolutely zero chance against the professional revolutionaries who had practically total control over the Red Army. We are in a similar situation today with our modern day Federal government. There is no way to resist them in any unlawful manner that is not completely suicidal. Comply and prepare, my brother. What else can you do? Please, enlighten me.

Don't know why you would make any argument contrary to that, particularly on a public forum...

Through what? What are you proposing? Brute force? And do you know what lack of freedom and lack of security are?

I don't see your point? I live in a state that protects my gun right and right to self defense. So I'm fine where I live currently. Like I said, I live in a 2A sanctuary state.

The pathetic people i'm referencing are the ones who argue for gun control, so they have "more security". It's their own responsibility to protect themselves. The police are just an auxillary measure.

I will say I would never willingly surrender my firearms under any circumstances.

LOL yeah police in every country apparently love to say "you have to understand there is very little we can do." Which means they're not going to bother doing anything. I don't know that I'd call it auxiliary. They aren't providing additional help when they're providing no help.

Ah that makes more sense. So my question should have been for Lindros. But living in a 2a Sanctuary state makes him not fat or lazy? lol
This is very sad. I still cant believe that this horror happened
Rip to the shooter my man .

And prayers to the ones who were injured.
