Bassicly, during the day my internet would "fuck-up" making it impossible to browse, gam eor anything (bings go to 8k-10k)

I'm just interested in knowing if its possible to find out if I am being DoSed so I could simply call my ISP and tell them to change my IP.

1. Check your router logs.
2. You can change your IP by changing your Mac address on your router.

There are no logs in my router for any type of flooding, and I can't change my IP by changing my MAC because my ISP binds the IPs to the MAC address

Then, I doubt it is a dos. You could call your ISP to get it changed and see if you see any improvements. If it still happens, call out your ISP to your house to check it out,

Would someone have a reason to DoS you? If not then I doubt its that, maybe its just your internet, I would say try calling your ISP.

You could be ratted and you might be part of their botnet.

I would try unplugging your router over night to reset everything
or
Change ISP's if you don't like your providers services

Yes people would have a reason to DoS/DDoS me because I DDoS myself.

I am definetly sure that I'm not ratted.

And I'm pretty satisfied with my ISP's and I'm sure that unplugging my router won't reset anything.

Make sure all if your connections to your router and modem are clean and secure. If it continues, call your ISP.

Oh, try this. Go to cmd, type ipconfig /release. Then type ipconfig /renew. That might help.

You should see hackforums say " Your router is messed up".

First of all check whether all the connections to your router and modem are correct, and also make sure its clean.If no use of this things then you could call your Internet Service Provider and report about it.
