i run ads on Google and whenever my ad shows up, my competitors report my domain repeatedly, and a red warning, deceptive site ahead comes up, and i am forced to take down the domain and stop my ads. is there any solution to this?

Yes change your website. What could possibly be the probable cause as to why your site gets reported? Is it malicious etc? Welcome to HF!

maybe because i am using a crypto exchange's homepage as my image in the background of my site which i use. Could an image trigger that?
