So basically I'm playing this game, and there are holiday bonuses and stuff. That's my reason, don't ask any more questions regarding that. So basically my question is, is there a way I can bypass this chrome thing? I have edge and firefox, but those don't work either of course. The only thing I could think of is downloading Tor, but I'm a little opposed to that due to other things Tor might get me. I can do it if it's the last resort, but if anyone knows a way to bypass it inside of chrome only? Note: I can go ahead or behind time, as long as it is in October. Is there an extension or something I can use?

Open "Run" or Win+R and type: "chrome --ignore-certificate-errors", then ENTER (without quotes)
Try visiting the website now

I will try it on another browser to see if it works there. Edit: Yeah still doesn't work. I tried Tor and even that did not work.

I tried setting my date and time back to 1990/01/01 00:00, launched chrome, it said "Your clock is behind".... Then I launched chrome with the argument above and it would let me visit any site, maybe you're doing something wrong.

Weird. I will mess around with it and see if it works for me.
Edit: In the gif, when you run the instance of chrome with the code you see a bar at the top that says "Stability and security will suffer" I don't see that for some reason. I think chrome just clears the credentials or ignores them. Edit 2: It seems that if I put any argument at all in the run menu nothing happens. I can literally just spam whatever and it will still not work. I DID IT!!! It was one of my extensions that were preventing it from working. Thanks for the help, buddy! :) (Mar 7, 2021 11:21 AM)Chrimp Wrote: Weird. I will mess around with it and see if it works for me. Glad it worked for you, this particular command line parameter has helped me a lot with sites having SSL issues and such |
