I know it's not really a signature or anything because I just wanted it to look as clean & HD as possible and still maintain it's quality if I need to resize it.

I would definitely say the first one, but it can easily be the second one if you widen the spotlight. Good job!

I prefer the first one, reason is that it's the perfect brightness for the text to be visible.

1st one, maybe consider trying to darken down one side of his face so it's as if he's got 2 parts of himself (obviously he has as Bruce Wayne by day then batman by night).
