It looks decent, although I would consider tweaking the ripple effect on the background. You need to include more effects on the signature. The lighting to the right-hand side needs to be perfected more, as Lil Wayne's left arm seems to appear much darker when in comparison with his right arm. As for the text, you could possibly change the font, plus change the effects so it suits the whole theme. A plain white font doesn't really blend well with the rest of the piece. Text placement is great though.

I hate it, seems like you added a light source and copy pasted the render a few times and blurred it, doesn't look appealing at all.
