This is a pretty pathetic report. OP he doesn't owe you shit. All you did was show him a public method on how to get proxies.

Not to mention, you never agreed on a price. So just because he said he would pay you and didn't does make this a legit scam report. He could honestly pay you whatever he wants and he's no longer a "scammer"...since you never told him before hand how much your service might cost.

he doesn't really owe you anything. if you gave him a price to do all it he would owe you, plus you really didn't show him anything valuable. You did too much for a scam report asking for $8.

Well you have no proof that I went on google and gave him a free method. He asked me to explain it to him in exchange for payment and that's what I did and so I must get paid.
