Trade Dispute

Scammed $90 (130m osrs) UID= uid=1056824

Pm'd me saying he wished to buy 50m OSRS gp, then said how much do I have in GP. I told him 130m, he agreed to buy it all for $90. We met, because of his rep I was willing to go first, however he pm'd me saying he sent via blockchain, and I could track it. I never checked the information, as I had already trusted him and was planning on going first. We made the trade, he +repped me for the transaction, I thought all was good.
A few hours go by, I check my btc, and it didn't show an incoming payment. I decided to check the blockchain information he sent, and realized there was no payment going to the btc address I gave him. I tried to pm him about this, and he isn't accepting private messages.
I made the mistake of agreeing to a price over Runescape because he brought it up there, but I have proof that he agreed that I traded him 130m, he agreed that he got the gold, and the proof that he sent me block chain info that didn't correspond to the btc address I gave him.

Acknowledged that I gave him gold, said it was a smooth transaction, agreed that I traded him 130m, did not send me the agreed upon payment.
Wow thats fucked up bro, doesnt seem like he intended not to.
Just start using MM's bro, easiest.
Considering he banned himself there is a decent chance he took your money.

I just spoke to him on runescape, he said that he sent the BTC to the address you had provided & that when he's back from Vac ban he will get this sorted.

Just relaying the message from him.

Look at the blockchain yourself. Compare the btc address I gave him to all of the transactions in the blockchain.

Yeah, nothing has been received to that address.

Probably the transaction didn’t get enough confirmations and it returned the money to him.

The transaction should show up as 0 confirmations, so the transaction was never sent from the start. Otherwise it would take days, even weeks for it to be forgotten by the network and returned to sender. He is just scamming.
So, what happens now since it's confirmed he scammed me.

More than likely, nothing. Staff doesn't get involved in deal disputes. He will just be known as a scammer, but more than likely, he'll prey on new users and scam them.
