What constitutes a "Valid" Deal Dispute?

I think that we are on to something.

A deal dispute has a clear agreement between 2 people, and one side did not fulfill their end, or for whatever reason isn't happy with the outcome.

The one requirement is that this agreement happened on hack forums.

Eh, that would clarify things enough for my liking.
Never been involved in a situation like this but when I get bored I go read the Marketplace and disputes sections and there always seem to be some real funky ways people go about this stuff.

Just really got me wondering what and where lines are drawn on a valid report or not. Being staff as it is do not even get involved in disputes. Although there are guide lines.

What can I say, curiosity killed the cat, but they were at least inquisitive. 😶😑 (Not sure if that makes much sense)

Anyways, thanks for the clarification.
