Had it been the full two weeks since you had the vaccine? Two of my relatives died of Covid at the start of the pandemic in the USA. (I do not live though but most of my extended family do.) I've just had the two vax. I'm under no requirement to get the third by anyone SO FAR where I live. I have the passport now. Since I'm not that young and have one risk factor I guess I may get the booster but I'm not due for it until May. Was it two weeks after having both? Just my opinion, I may get it in 5-10 years but as of now I'm holding off. You know how many of us have had the vaccine are are totally fine right? In my country, Covid and death rates are reduced after vaccination, even if they get Covid they don't die if they are vaccinated. Have some examples in my family itself. But I completely understand the people who are avoiding vaccines and are skeptical. They aren't "bogus" because we've all been told already that if we get the vaccine we can still get Covid and spread Covid. That part they hoped would work did not HOWEVER there is a ton of evidence that it makes people less likely to end up in hospital or die from Covid19. I read that over 90% of the people dead of Covid19 in Italy and the USA, or in hospitals with Covid are unvaccinated. And then I remembered when I was nine years old and I woke up one morning with spots all over my body and my mother said "you can't go to school you must go to the doctor." And the doctor said "She has measles." And my mother said "WHAT? She CAN'T have measles! She's been vaccinated against measles!" And the doctors said very confidently and decisively "She HAS measles!" And I felt 100% well, happy and cheerful. Which it was very hard to convince my mother how well and perfectly healthy I felt covered with measles spots. Not a bit of me felt sick. So this memory made me feel more confident about what vaccines can do.
I did not vaccinate, I personally consider it unnecessary.
But I respect others for a different opinion on this subject✌
